While Hostal Juanita was clean, well-maintained, and the front desk staff was friendly, the management showed a complete lack of flexibility and empathy. After booking, my rental car was damaged in a hit-and-run. This unexpected situation forced me to stay on another part of the island to deal with the police, meaning I could only arrive late on my final night. I contacted the property to explain the emergency and request a refund or partial credit, but they refused. I only stayed because I was forced to by the circumstances and therefore have no opinion on Ibiza Town, but the streets around the property are over crowded with cars and I had to park quite far away from the hostal and carry my bags a fair distance. To make matters worse, I needed to complete some urgent work before my flight, but the WiFi did not reach my room at all. Extremely overpriced. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel provided a place to stay, Ibiza is not cheap. The receptionists were helpful and we were able to keep our luggage in a locked area prior to check in and after, thank you! The room was clean but was the bare minimum set up. You can definitely hear through the walls but we choose this hotel to help reduce what I’m sure would have been more noise if we had stayed closer to the clubs. A taxi is needed to get to the clubs but Ibiza town is about a nice 25 min walk. There is a nice walkway along the water side of the hotel that has nice dining and drink options. Small beach area right outside the hotel. AC in the room stopped working our last night which made things a little uncomfortable, Aug is hot! We did let them know at check out, didn’t feel like trying to fix it at 4am. They have a good breakfast that is included with the stay. All in all it was a decent stay.

Absolutely lovely and well organised hotel. All the staff were welcoming and friendly- and made us feel at ease at all times. Lovely breakfast - super friendly team in the morning too. We really enjoyed out stay here

We have stayed here two years in a row and the staff were very helpful again this year. The room we were given 712 had the perfect sea views. The hotel is local to everything you need and ammenities. The ticket station and Ferry pick up to Formenterra our favourite beach island is right next to the hotel so really ideal.
There are lots of restaurants a short walk to the hotel with sea views also. We always went to Fushion restaurant as it’s good value for money and the staff are great there.
Will return in 2027 and awaiting the room availability release for this hotel.
Thanks again all the staff for being so helpful during our stay!
